- A steep gorge cut into the cliffs of Faralya, accessible only by boat or by a difficult climb down ropes. We approach by sea from Ölüdeniz — a 40-minute boat ride past the Blue Lagoon.

- 20–30 minutes one way along a flat valley floor, with one shallow river crossing. Suitable for any age in trainers; not paved, so wear closed shoes rather than flip-flops.
- Are there butterflies?
- In summer (June–August) yes — Jersey tiger moths and other species rest in the shade of the cliffs at midday. Outside that window the valley is still beautiful but with fewer butterflies.
