The villa sits in a quiet pocket of Ortaalan, ten minutes by car (or fifteen on foot, downhill) from Kalkan harbour. Frequently asked

Is the pool heated all season?

Yes — the heater is on by default in April, May, late September and October, when the pool would otherwise be cold. In high summer (June–early September) it is off because the sun-heated pool already sits at 28°C.

How far is Kalkan harbour and the beach clubs?

The harbour and the old town are 10 minutes by car. The closest beach clubs (Yali, Kaputaş, Likya beach) are 5–15 minutes by car. We can arrange a car and driver for evening dinners if you would rather not drive after wine.

Is the villa suitable for small children?

Yes. The pool has a shallow end and a separate child step. We provide a baby cot, high chair and pool-edge safety fencing on request. Several stairs around the property — keep an eye on toddlers near the lower terrace.

Can a private chef be arranged?

Yes — local chef in for breakfasts, in-villa Turkish-meze dinners, or full-board for the week. We have three chefs we work with regularly. Indicative cost: £40–60 per head per dinner including ingredients.
