Antalya Airport to Konyaaltı Transfer

From Antalya Airport, your driver heads west along the D400 into the city, following the coast past the old harbour and Kaleiçi before dropping onto Konyaaltı's long beachfront boulevard for the final stretch. Unlike the longer run out to Kemer, this transfer barely leaves Antalya itself — you are still within the city when you reach the beach, with the pine-shaded clifftop of Atatürk Park above the road and the Bey Mountains filling the horizon to the west, the sea visible for much of the drive.

Konyaaltı is the city's western beach, a long run of pale pebble and shingle that stretches for miles below the peaks of the Bey Mountains, with the Antalya Aquarium, the Archaeology Museum and a string of city hotels set back from the promenade. It has a more local, everyday feel than the all-inclusive resort belts further along the coast — Antalya residents fill the beach clubs and tea gardens at weekends alongside holidaymakers. The beach holds Blue Flag status for its water quality, and — together with Lara on the opposite side of the city — is one of Antalya's two main swimming beaches, with a clifftop park and boulevard that are popular for walking and cycling year-round.

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board and helps carry your luggage to the car. Give your flight number when you book and it is tracked, so if the plane lands late the driver is still there waiting, at no extra charge. Baby, child and booster seats are fitted free of charge if you ask for them in advance. The price is agreed before you travel and the transfer runs door to door to any hotel, apartment or villa along the beachfront; if you would like a short stop on the way, just tell the driver.
