About this villa

Villa Zirve is the biggest villa we manage — nine bedrooms across two semi-separate wings, an indoor and an outdoor living area, full sea panorama from the upper terraces. The two-wing arrangement matters: it lets two families holiday together without ever feeling on top of each other, and the central living-dining-pool zone becomes the shared space rather than the only space. Set in Akbel, ten minutes by car from Kalkan, on a hilltop with a 270-degree view.

Frequently asked

Are the two wings actually separate?

They are physically connected through the central hub, not behind locked doors — but each wing has its own staircase, lounge area and bathrooms, so two families do not have to cross paths to get to a bedroom.

Can it host a wedding?

For the wedding party staying together, yes. For a ceremony with outside guests, the villa is large enough for sixty seated; we can introduce you to the local wedding planner Unlimited Holidays uses for these.

Heated pool?

Yes — heated on request April–May and September–October. Default 26–28°C in those months.

How far from Kalkan town?

About ten minutes by car. Akbel is on the way down to Kalkan from the main road, quieter than the centre.
